- Featured revision: OmniSplit_Value_First_Demo_v2.mp4 (exactly 60 seconds, 1920 × 1080, music and captions, no voiceover). Opens with value for 8 seconds, then shows the actual app workflow. Original upload is unchanged.
- Video review: all scenes and motion were checked. Opening figures are a designed graphic using the app's amounts; closing card holds still for the final 1.4 seconds. Original narration was replaced because it overclaimed live agents and payments. Some old wording remains visible in the recorded app, qualified by captions.

## Live presentation sequence
1. (0–6s) Value first: "Pay for what you used. Tax, tip and prior credits included—every cent reconciled."
2. (6–22s) Open Friday Taqueria Dinner ($107.10). Show item assignments: Sarah is excluded from alcohol; Alex has a $15 prior credit. Edit an assignment to show shares respond.
3. (22–42s) Launch scripted negotiation; show the allocation trace and verify shares sum to $107.10.
4. (42–54s) Proceed to Split Pay and authorize the simulated settlement. No money moves.
5. (54–60s) Show the summary QR and finish with each person's share visible.

## Accurate submission claims
The split calculation is functional and tested. Receipt extraction calls Gemini when an API key is entered in the app Settings. The securely saved workspace key is not yet connected to the app. Negotiation messages are scripted from item assignments, not autonomous model agents. Card authorization and payment settlement are simulations; no money moves. The trace is an allocation calculation, not private model reasoning.

## Suggested one-liner
Turn a group receipt into item-level shares, account for tax, tip and prior credits, and preview a multi-card settlement.

## Before submission
- Test an actual receipt with authorized Gemini usage.
- Supply team names and the final public repository link (personal-cfo).
- Confirm the event's category and submission requirements.
- Publish the updated presentation area and verify its public link.
- Submit the value-first revision or upload it to the event's required video host.

## Moving to Adina
The presentation page, video asset pointer, and these notes are saved inside the OmniSplit project. This setup does not transfer ownership or change workspaces. Use Lovable's project workspace-transfer controls when ready; keep the video download and these notes as a portable backup, and verify the video after transfer.
